What is Talent Connect:
- Help Talent Seekers (start-up and small companies) quickly find great talent with flexible low cost arrangements.
- Companies listen and chat with candidates that choose to talk to them, keep the good resumes, toss the less desirable, follow-up w/only a few top candidates.
- Match talent (job seekers) to Talent Seekers.
- Each person has 90 seconds to pitch themselves to a select set of companies they choose.
- Help find jobs for the local unemployed and build a more vibrant local business community
- Raise awareness of the Wilco Entrepreneurs Community resources and connections that are available.

We’re the hands on group helping new and young companies grow and connect with the established companies and resources. We are open to anyone interested in starting, buying, operating, selling or growing a business. It’s free to attend and membership is free to entrepreneurs, talent and mentors.
We are always looking for entrepreneurs, mentors, talent (unemployed, semi-retired) , investors and anyone willing to help others with their business.
